Some people think that black chocolate and sweets are bad for children.
We all love chocolate and most of our kids are raised with the addiction too! Is it a bad thing? Well, I believe that food is certainly about our health and nourishment but it is also about pleasure and enjoyment. When it comes to chocolate, kids will eat it -- even if it's the dark variety.
Of course I am not a chocolate expert, but as I know dark chocolate is good for health. It
prevents depression, it is a delicious source of energy and it does have milk and cocoa which are very useful in a diet. It is extracted from the seeds of cacao plant and as it is natural so it contains benefits that are natural too.
According to a rich study, taking up over 1.6 ounces of dark chocolate daily proves to be healthy for our body. It increases our brain power, it is good for our heart too.
However, even dark chocolate can be high in calories, so children -- and adults! -- should consume it in moderation. Also, many chocolates are also filled with unhealthy fillings consisting mainly of sugar and fat, making them less than healthy choices. Chocolate has other risks, especially when it is eaten in large quantities. For example, I always have a skin rush after eating much chocolate.
To sum up, I believe that chocolate isn’t harmful for children. They can enjoy eating sweets and chocolates but only in a moderate amount and finest quality.
So get your kids trying dark, finest quality chocolate.

Some people think that camping is the best way to rest with the whole family.
I am among those people who think that camping is the best way to rest with the whole family and I have some reasons to justify it.
To begin with, camping is a cost-effective, fun way to enjoy a family. A family can go wherever they want and camp there for as long as they can afford. They don’have to pay a lot of money on luxury hotels or comfortable accommodation. Also, they can cook food for themselves and they don’t need to pay a huge amount of money. I often go camping with my friend who takes his dog with us. It is so relaxing. We go for walks out into the wild and see nature, where we swim and fish in a huge lake, or go to the woods and gather mushrooms. For me, pluses for camping are more than minuses. They are: adventure, clean air, no mobile phones, no Internet, no traffic.
However, camping has some disadvantages too , as it is very uncomfortable to live in a tent for a week or two. There are no shower facilities which is certainly a problem for most. Toilets, no electricity, insects, no food provided for you, or nothing much to do if you're not adventurous are another big disadvantages.
In conclusion, the advantages and disadvantages of camping are based on our own opinion. What people need to realise is that camping can be great fun as long as everyone is involved in enjoying themselves, because once someone isn't having fun, the trip is ruined. Building a huge camp fire and staying up late into the night with dearest people is something I enjoy doing.

Romantic Love is a poor basis for marriage
I am against the statement that romantic love is a poor basis for marriage. In this modern world many people believe there is no place for romantic love as it is only in books and films. I believe that if you love somebody it is a strong enough basis for a marriage.
Yes, romantic love is the one that you read about in storybooks with the fairy tale endings but in my opinion that form of love is important. Some people will disagree completely and say that this is not a firm basis and it’s not a strong foundation for a relationship but if love is real, it can come through everything.
On the other side of this, it shows that thirty percent of people marry somebody who they do not love but because it is a sensible decision. In my opinion this is not a good idea because you're going to be with this person for a large part of your life. Nowadays divorce has become more frequent and I think it is because people are marrying for the wrong reasons.
